Orders of in-stock merchandise are most likely to be shipped next day if received by noon pacific time, however some orders may require a extra day during our show season. Orders containing out-of-stock merchandise are shipped when all merchandise is available, usually 4-7 business days.
We place orders for out-of-stock merchandise 2 times a week and usually receive material in 4-5 days. Orders are then completed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving all out-of-stock merchandise. 97% of all orders are filled and shipped within 5 working days if suppliers have merchandise in-stock.

No back orders are accepted. If an item is determined to be out of stock at the manufacturer it will not be shipped at a later time when available.
