Return Policy

 

If for any reason the stamps you order from Rubbernecker Stamps fail to be in good order when received, we will credit you for full credit on our site or a complete refund, whichever you choose.  You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your merchandise to receive these terms.  Merchandise must be defective.  We reserve the right to inspect merchandise returned prior to issuing refunds or credits.  If the merchandise is found to be defective, Rubbernecker will assume the shipping costs to return the merchandise.  Method of shipment must be USPS standard delivery or UPS ground service.

 

If you simply change your mind about a purchase of stamps, you may return the merchandise for a refund up to 14 days after reeipt of your merchandise.  Merchandise must be returned in resaleable condition and shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Any other items purchased other than stamps may not be returned.  All marchandise purchased during sales can not be returned unless defective.
