Are you an Angel company?
Yes we are an Angel company.  Buyers of our stamps from all of our lines can use the images as long as they are hand stamps.  The only exception to this policy are the Tim Holtz line from Stampers Anonymous.
 
What locations do you service worldwide?
All international orders must use Paypal to complete you order.  We currently service the US, Canada and Australia directly from our website.  Other locations in the world may be available.  Just email a request.  Stampers in the UK should contact Express Services in the UK for Rubbernecker and Stamp Oasis images. 
 
Is shipping ever FREE?
Yes shipping is free with orders of $75 or more in the US and with orders of $150 or more to Canada.
 
Are there any discounts available?
Our standard discount is 10% of your order for orders over $100 for all 50 states and Canada. 
 
Do you reward for publication using your stamps? 
No we do not.  
 
If I order $100 of merchandise to receive a discount and an item is not available, do I still receive the discount on the merchandise that is available? 
Yes.  All pricing and shipping discounts are based on ordered amounts.  All shipping charges are based on actual merchandise shipped rather than ordered.
 
What type of stamps are available?
All of our individual stamps are manufactured of red rubber and mounted on smart cling cushion ready for use with acrylic blocks. 
 
How many products do you stock in your warehouse?
At this time we stock all 4 stamp lines that we sell and about 2% of the inks, paints, paper and accessory products we sell.  We retail over 15,000 items and we receive shipments of products on a daily basis.  Please see shipping for more information.
 
Do you sell wood block mounted stamps?
We do not sell wood block mounted stamps.
 
How quickly are orders filled?
We make every effort to ship all orders containing in-stock merchandise to ship out next day if received by Noon pacific time.  Orders containing out-of-stock merchandise are shipped when all merchandise is available, usually within 5-7 business days.  
 
How often do you reorder out-of-stock marchandise? 
We place orders for out-of-stock merchandise twice weekly and usually receive material in 5-7 days.  Orders are then completed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving all out-of-stock merchandise.   
 
Will I be notified regarding availibility of my order before it is shipped? 
You will be notified via email of possible shipping date and merchandise availability upon receipt of your order unless the order is scheduled for shipping on the next business day.  Suppliers do occasionally run out of product or discontinue product with out advising us.  If this happens we will immediately refund the cost of the items not available and cancel the total order if that is your wish. 
 
Do you accept backorders? 
No back orders are accepted.  If an item is determined to be out of stock at the manufacturer it will not be shipped at a later time when available.  You will be notified via email when the item is available and will have the opportunity to re-order the item at that time.
 
How is merchandise shipped?
We ship via USPS and on very rare occasions via UPS.
