Rubbernecker.com can ship to any address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We will ship your order via UPS or USPS.  Rubbernecker.com also ships to Canada. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship Internationally outside of Canada. We ship from 2 warhouse locations. All Accessories will ship from our Midwest Warhouse while most Rubber Stamps ship from our California Warehouse. Shipping charges are calculated separately from each warehouse location.
