All orders containing $25 in product (not stamps or cushion) will receive a
10% rebate (rebate based on actual subtotal paid after all discounts taken and refunds applied) on the entire order. The rebate is processed manually after the order is qualified and we verify the product is available.
Rubbernecker is beginning a new weekly sales and rebate campaign.
Each week we will choose a product and we will place that product on sale, usually for 25% off but not always. Sometimes it will be used by members of our design team
The product will remain on sale for 2 weeks, Monday thru Sunday 2 weeks later. Each Monday, one product will be removed from the sale and a new one will replace it.
We are also making permanent, our policy to rebate 10% of the entire, if the order includes at least $25 worth of product. Product would include any items EXCEPT items from the following manufacturers, Rubbernecker, Stamp Oasis, KK Originals, Jeanne Streiff Collection, Kittie Kits, Cushion and accessories and Luna Lights Paints.

Now when you choose your prize, one per customer, simply place it in your shopping and purchase any other item to receive the prize for free. The Hunt goes from 4 AM PST to 9 PM PST. If you get stuck, just email for a hint. If we fail to get back to you, just place your order and tell us you couldn't find it and we will make sure you get the prize.

We stand behind the quality of the images and guarantee your satisfaction. If there is ever a problem with any of our images, we will immediately replace it, or refund your purchase.
You will also see that we have a large gallery of products available for your enjoyment. And we will add to this gallery as we arrange agreements with other companies. If there are companies you would like to purchase from, that are not on our list, please let us know and we will attempt to arrange their inclusion.
For orders for items in stock and all stamps we make every effort to ship next day if received by 12 pm noon PST Monday -Friday. Orders containing out-of-stock merchandise will be shipped after merchandise is verified available and received from suppliers. This generally is completed within 5 business days. We receive merchandise on a daily basis, Monday -Friday. We will advise you within 24 hours of your order as to expected ship date
Suppliers do occasionally run out of product or discontinue product without advising us. If this happens we will immediately refund the purchase amount for those items found to be unavailable.
*** Regarding sale items and pricing. Sale pricing is not available to customers with craft stores with the opportunity to resell our merchandise as well as professional crafters using our products to create items for sale. We will void any transaction we feel is intended for resale if sale pricing is involved. Rubbernecker Stamp Company will be the sole and final judge as to the conditions on which we maintain the right to void a sale. Discounts and free stamps are also not available to retail stores and resellers. We reserve the right to void sales in the event they are used by resellers.
